Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri recipe

1 1/2 oz rum
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
4 strawberries
1 tsp sugar

Pour the rum and lemon juice and sugar into a champagne saucer with some shaved ice. Stir well. Garnish with 4 strawberries, sliced or otherwise, and serve.

The famous Mojito recipe:

Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.

Bacardi is the only rum that uses a free tailed bat as its logo. There are two main reasons for this. The first is the bat's relation to sugar cane. Sugar cane is used to production of Bacardi rum as well as others for sugar cane congeries. Mexican free tailed bats are very great pollinators of the sugar cane plant and very efficient insect eaters.

Bacardi sells over 200 million bottles annually. The company was founded in Santiago de Cuba in 1862. After surviving the Cuban Revolution and the American Prohibition, Bacardi brands are now available in over 100 countries. The original Cuba Libre and Daiquiri were made using Bacardi Rum.
